Project Description
2013-2019 Principal in Charge and Engineer of Record. Providing site planning, annexation, civil and traffic services for the 3 acre site proposes an 80 room hotel and 10,500 square feet of retail. Project has currently received site plan approval and City of Stuart annexation. One of the project challenges included coordinating with Martin County to address existing conditions on NW 20th. Off site roadway plans were presented to the adjacent residents to improve existing traffic congestion.
